Conference and Function Room is ideally suited to small conference and function groups of up to 20 delegates around a board room table or up to 30 persons theatre style. The room has excellent natural light and a pleasant outlook over ponds and gardens. Flip charts, audio visual screen, data projector and internet are included in the low rental fee.
Town House Apartments are located in the front section of the property, the option closest to the beach and an easy level walk. Town House apartments have two levels. Downstairs is a second living area opening onto a private courtyard with BBQ and with a fully equipped laundry and a second toilet. Up stairs are the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Some two bedroom Town House apartments have been recently refurbished with the addition of a second television in a second living area, great for the children.
The three bedroom Town House apartments have similar layout to the two bedroom apartments with the addition of a third bedroom in the downstairs area.
Ocean View Spa Apartments are our premium apartments located in an elevated location in the rear section of the property they have great views and a spa on the deck. Access to the Ocean View apartments is via stairs or boardwalk. Most apartments are split level with kitchen, dining and living areas on a lower level and with bedrooms and bathrooms on the higher split level.
Tree Top Apartments are located in a more secluded elevated location in the rear section of the property, overlooking pools water features and gardens. Access to the Tree Top apartments is via stairs or boardwalk. These apartments are split level with kitchen, dining and living areas on a lower level and with bedrooms and bathrooms on the higher split level.
The 3 Bedroom Villa is located in an elevated location in the rear section of the property it overlooks gardens and has some ocean views from some rooms, it also has a BBQ on the deck. Access to this villa is via stairs. This villa is split level with kitchen, dining and living areas on a lower level and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper split level. The master bedroom has an en-suite. The second bedroom has an ocean view, the third bedroom has a small balcony looking into gardens.
The 4 Bedroom Executive Villa is located in an elevated location in the rear section of the property it overlooks gardens and has some ocean views from some rooms, it also has a BBQ on the deck. Access to this villa is via stairs. This villa is our premium property, featuring polished timber floors and gourmet kitchen with stone top benches on the lower level. On the upper level the master bedroom has ocean views and an en-suit and a walk-in wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms share another bathroom with a spa bath. The forth open style loft bedroom has one single bed and is best suited for an older child. This property is not suitable for very young children due to open stairs and open loft areas.
Loft Apartments are located in the rear section of the property overlooking pools water features and gardens, they have easy access via one flight of stairs from a lock up garage. The one bedroom options are one level and have the added feature of an en-suit with a spa bath. The 2 and 3 bedroom options have an open style loft bedroom with 2 single beds. All Loft Apartments have decks.
Motel Units are located in the rear section of the property overlooking pools, water features and gardens. Ideal for overnight or short stay. The motel units have a queen size bed, en-suit, small deck, tea and coffee making facilities, toasters and some crockery and cutlery. Continental breakfast baskets are available.
Lake Crackenback. Our "Mountains & Sea" packages are available for most periods through Spring, Summer and Autumn. Guests can stay 3 days at Tathra Beach House and 3 days in our new private chalet within the Lake Crackenback Resort on the Alpine Way between Jindabyne and Thredbo.
