Terms and Conditions

• GST is NOT applied to accommodation at the Tathra Beach House Apartments, as we are classified "Short term residential on-site managed accommodation" for taxation purposes.
• Tariffs are indicative and may change without notice.
• Mid week specials and discounts for large groups and extended stays on application.
• Minimum stay requirements and surcharges may apply during some holiday and long weekend periods.
• Nightly Tariffs vary according to the length of stay.
• Special Group reservation discounts on application.
• Roll-a-way beds, suitable for children, can be provided to increase unit capacity by one person, an extra charges will apply. 
• Cots are available, extra charges may apply. 
• Apartments are partially serviced with all linen & toweling included in your tariff.
• Check in is after 2.00pm. Early check in may be available, depending on availability.
• Check out is 10.00am. Late check out may be available, depending on availability.
• To confirm your reservation a deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required. In the case of reservations for the Christmas Holiday period a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tariff is required 3 months before arrival if time permits.
• If a reservation is cancelled your deposit is refunded when and if the apartment is re let for the period of the proposed occupancy. A cancellation fee of $25.00 may be charged.
